Ninety days
Department of One — Associations Edition
The ninety days that take a body from owning a machine to running it without us.
One intake a month, twenty places, deliberately mixed by country. Ninety days of instruction with a live session each month and written work in between, delivered to the cohort rather than to one organisation at a time — which is what makes it teachable at this price.
The next cohort starts on the first working day of the following month.
What you get
- Ninety days of instruction — one cohort intake a month, twenty places
- A cohort mixed by country, so the cross-border part is experienced rather than described
- One live session a month, recorded and kept
- The written instruction to work through between sessions — about an hour a fortnight
- The templates we use on our own bench, to keep
- Email support through the ninety days
- Permanent access to the recordings and the templates
- A written plan at day ninety for what you run yourself from then on
What it is not
The boundary is the useful part. If one of these is what you need, this is the wrong product and the page should say so before you pay, not after.
- Not one-to-one consulting. The cohort is the format, and it is why twenty people a month can be taught at this price.
- Not a certification. There is no "AI Act certified" — here or anywhere else. Your Article 4 duty remains yours.
- Not training on your own systems. It teaches you to operate the machine you have.
- Not an add-on to a First Build, and not a condition of buying the machine.
After you pay
Step 1
Day 0 — you pay. A receipt and an order reference arrive by email immediately.
Step 2
Within two working days — your cohort date, the calendar, and the first piece of instruction.
Step 3
Day 1 of the cohort — the first live session; the recording goes out the same day.
Step 4
Days 1–90 — a session each month, written work between them, email support throughout.
Step 5
Day 90 — the last session, and the written plan for what you run yourself from then on.
What you need
- One or two people who will actually operate the machine — not a full team
- Two hours a month for the live session, plus about an hour a fortnight on the written work
- A Centurion Brain, or one on its way — the programme assumes you have the machine
The price, in full
One payment of €1,755 for the ninety days. Nothing recurs; the recordings and templates stay yours.
- VAT
- Prices are in euro and exclude VAT. Where VAT applies it is added at checkout, and a VAT invoice is issued with the receipt.
- Payment
- Card, or bank transfer against an invoice. Invoice orders ship on cleared funds.
- Delivery
- The next cohort starts on the first working day of the following month.
- If you change your mind
- Fourteen days from delivery to cancel for a full refund. Tell us in writing within those fourteen days and the machine comes back to us — we pay the return.
- Who you are buying from
- You are buying from Centurion AI, the trading name of Adrian Barkus, a sole trader in the United Kingdom.
The questions that would otherwise be a call
Do I need to own a Centurion first?+
You need one to get the value out of it, yes. If you buy both at once the cohort date is set so the machine arrives and is running before the first session.
How many of us can attend?+
The price is per organisation, for up to two people. More than two and you are training a department, which is a different conversation.
What if I miss a session?+
Every session is recorded and the recording is yours. The written work is what carries the programme, so a missed live session does not put you behind.
Why is it a cohort and not one-to-one?+
Because one-to-one at this price is not deliverable at twenty a month, and because the people in the room are the value: a body of four in Ireland learning beside a body of two in Belgium is the point.
Can we pay in instalments?+
Yes — three monthly payments of €585, invoiced before the cohort starts. Choose the invoice route and ask for it in the reply.
Is it certified?+
No. There is no certification for this, and anyone offering one is selling you a certificate. What you get is a working machine you can operate and a written plan for running it yourself.
Do I have to speak to somebody to buy?+
No. Every price, delivery window and term is on this page. Pay by card and it is done in a minute; pay by invoice and the invoice is in your inbox within one working day. The briefing is there if you want it, and it is optional.
Who am I actually buying from?+
You are buying from Centurion AI, the trading name of Adrian Barkus, a sole trader in the United Kingdom.
What if I change my mind?+
Fourteen days from delivery to cancel for a full refund. Tell us in writing within those fourteen days and the machine comes back to us — we pay the return.
Is there a webinar I can sit in on first?+
Yes — we run live sessions through the year showing the machine working on real work, with questions taken at the end. Nothing in them is required before you buy. To be told when the next one runs, reply to any email from us, or take the free briefing.
If you would rather see it before you buy
There is nothing on this page you need a person for. But if you want the machine specified against your own systems first, book the free briefing — one call, no obligation, and it is the only conversation on this page.
