For IT firms, MSPs and technology consultancies

An AI your clients own — and a service line you keep.

Centurion is installed, configured and supported by certified implementation firms. You bring the relationship you already have. You bill your client directly for the work — and we take no commission on any of it.

The arrangement

Most vendor programmes make you sell their licence.

You become a reseller. You carry the stock, you chase the renewal, and you keep a margin somebody else set. Centurion works the other way round.

No commission. Ever.

You bill your client directly for installation, configuration and ongoing support. One hundred per cent of the service revenue is yours.

The software is not your cost.

Your client licenses Centurion directly. You never buy it, never hold it, and never carry it on your books.

The hardware is not your stock.

Your client owns the machine. You tell them what to buy, or you source it — your choice, your margin.

Certification is free to earn.

There is no fee to join, no tier to climb and no annual charge to stay. There is no ledger, no override and no minimum purchase.

The economics

What a service line on Centurion looks like

Every firm prices its own work. Here is the shape, using an installation fee of AU$5,000 and a support retainer of AU$300 per month — both of which you set, not us.

Per client, year one

AU$5,000 installation, less roughly two days of delivery. Plus AU$3,600 in retainer. Approximately AU$6,200 gross to you.

Year two onward

The retainer alone: AU$3,600 per client, at close to pure margin. The machine is stable, the client is trained, and you are paid to stay.

Eight installations a year

Year one ≈AU$49,600. Year two ≈AU$78,400. Year three ≈AU$107,200 — of which 81% is recurring.

Illustrative and modelled, not a forecast. Your margin depends on your rates and how your clients buy.

The question your client will ask

Who can read it — and who can switch it off?

Those are the two questions that decide a private AI purchase, and you will be asked them. Here is the answer, in the vendors' own published words.

“We may use your Inputs and Outputs to train and improve Anthropic AI models, unless you opt out through your account settings. Even if you opt-out, we will use Inputs and Outputs for model improvement when: (i) your conversations are flagged for safety review…”
Anthropic — privacy policyAn opt-out is a policy, and the policy has written exceptions.
“During automation, Gemini takes screenshots, which can include any info visible in the app. Screenshots are reviewed by trained reviewers and used to improve Google services if Keep Activity is on. Don’t enter login or payment information into Gemini chats.”
Google — Gemini Apps Privacy HubA company telling its own users not to put passwords into its own product.
“Yes. Every Grok Bot shares one persistent cloud computer. Your Bots share that machine (files, browser, logins), so they can hand work off and keep context. Isolation is per user, not per Grok Bot.”
xAI — Grok Bot FAQTheir own page, their own words.

With Centurion the answer changes completely. The machine is in your client's building, the record is on it, the keys are your client's, and nobody — including us — can read it or switch it off. That is a recommendation you can defend.

The work

What an engagement actually involves

Centurion is the platform. You are the firm that makes it fit — and the work is the same shape every time.

A conversation

What should this system actually do for this business? What would you want it to take off your client's desk first?

A build and an install

Which machine, and why. Then Centurion installed, configured against your client's own material, tested and running on their premises.

Ninety days, then a retainer

Forty-five minutes a week until the team genuinely uses it. After that you are their first line of support, on a retainer you set.

Already being done

AdrianBarkus.com, London

An interim CIO practice that added Certified Centurion implementation as a service line alongside its existing advisory work. A conversation, a recommendation, a build, ninety days of adoption, a retainer. The interesting part is what it does to the account: once your client's AI runs on a machine you installed and support, you are not their IT supplier any more. You are the firm that runs their intelligence.

Where we are

Certified firms, by region

A young network, deliberately. Every firm is individually certified and each one is a real business at a real address. We would rather have three firms we can vouch for than thirty we cannot.
